How do I place an order?
Open the app, browse our services, select the items you need, add them to your cart, choose a pickup time, and confirm your order. Our team will pick up your items at the scheduled time.
How can I track my order?
Go to the Bookings tab in the app to see real-time status updates for all your orders, from pickup to delivery.
What services do you offer?
We offer Washing & Dry Cleaning, Ironing, Perfuming & Fragrance, Organizing & Packing, and exclusive VIP garment care services.
How long does the service take?
Standard orders are typically completed within 24-48 hours. VIP and express services may be available for faster turnaround depending on your location.
Can I cancel or reschedule my order?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your order from the Bookings tab before the pickup has been completed. Please note that cancellation policies may apply.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed securely.
What if my clothes are damaged?
We take great care with every garment. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or contact our support team at support@misksens.com and we will process your request within 48 hours.
