Misk Sens — Account Deletion
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Misk Sens account, you can do so directly from the app or by contacting our support team.
How to Delete Your Account

Open the Misk Sens app and go to the Profile tab.

Tap on Settings (gear icon).

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Confirm your decision. Your account will be permanently deleted.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, order history, and saved preferences will be permanently removed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Order history and booking records
- Saved addresses and preferences
- Chat messages and support history
- Payment method references
Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to delete your account from the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account.
